User experience designer with an aptitude for building clean and useful products. My previous work background as an analyst, combined with my desire to develop thoughtful design systems, cultivates my unique understanding of user and business goals.

Background

My whole life I've been picking apart things that I find frustrating, creating work-arounds for tools, analyzing the people around me - the list goes on. Discovering UX design has allowed me to take my life experience, recognize the parallels, and implement them in my work.

I've come to love design beyond a career path and I take great pride in the work I produce, where I learn something new every day. If I'm not moving things around in Figma, I'm probably messing around with my synths and drum machines making music.

Lead the UX team on design projects through managing timelines and ensuring design quality from ideation to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders' expectations in order to deliver the best user experience for NCCER products.

Work closely with the product manager and engineering team in order to quickly ideate screens for an advanced AI search model. Build and refine components in order to optimize the user experience and create consistency across multiple products.

Worked with the lead designer to ideate and hand off two new and exciting products in the NCCER lineup - a digital evaluation tool for craft workers (Performance Verification Web App) and an entirely revamped customer account experience. Assisted with research, usability testing, and the design of stunning interfaces. Built a UI kit from scratch that aligned with the company's new brand identity.

I worked with a client for three months in order to improve a web-app that is geared toward helping users better understand their mental health. I conducted usability testing, updated user flows, and developed a more clean and visually stunning design system.
